What's in the rate
The 10¢ covers everything.
Most voice providers quote you one number, then bill you separately for the speech, the transcription, the AI, and the phone line — so the real cost only shows up at the end of the month. We built all of it ourselves and run it on our own hardware, including the phone lines. So the rate is the rate. Nothing underneath it, nothing to add up, nothing to be surprised by.
- The phone line and the number itself
- Calls you make and calls you receive
- The voice your agent speaks with
- Understanding whoever is on the line
- Recordings and written transcripts of every call
- Handing a live call to your team
- Results pushed into the tools you already use
- Talking to an agent straight from a web page
FAQ
The quiet questions.
How does billing work?
One flat rate — $0.10 per minute of talk time — covers AI voice, inbound + outbound calls, WebRTC rooms, transcripts, recordings, and automation. Minutes meter by the second. The only line item outside the rate is your own telecom provider’s per-leg cost, which you pay them directly.
Are STT, TTS, and LLM usage billed separately?
No. The speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and language models are self-hosted and included in the 10¢. There is no per-token or per-character markup — the rate is the rate.
How do prepay credits lower my rate?
Prepaying loads bonus minutes on top of your balance — from +10% at $100 up to +300% at $50,000+. The bonus pulls your effective rate down to as low as 2.5¢/min. Credits are usage-based, not a subscription, and expire one year from purchase.
Do you charge for failed or dropped calls?
You’re billed for connected talk time only. Calls that never connect — busy, no-answer, failed dispatch — don’t consume voice minutes. Your telecom provider may still bill their own attempt fees.
Do WebRTC rooms count as voice minutes?
Yes — room participant-minutes meter at the same $0.10/min as phone calls, so there’s nothing new to learn on the bill.
Can I bring my own telecom provider?
Yes. Telnyx, Twilio, and Plivo are supported as bring-your-own (BYO) — you keep your carrier relationship and numbers, and the platform handles dispatch, concurrency, and the AI stack.
Is there a contract or minimum?
No contracts and no minimum on pay-as-you-go. Prepay tiers are optional and only exist to lower your rate at volume.
