What is Rexa.ai?

Rexa.ai is a developer-first AI voice agent platform. It provides APIs for placing and receiving voice calls, a dashboard for account management, rooms for WebRTC-based voice conversations in a browser, voice-cloning tools with consent verification, and related developer tooling.

The platform is sold as software, not as a calling service run on your behalf: you build against the API or configure an agent in the dashboard, and your own application decides who gets called and what is said.

Is Rexa.ai the same company as REXA Inc.?

No. They are unrelated companies in different industries. Rexa.ai, at rexa.ai, is an AI voice agent platform for automated inbound and outbound phone calls. REXA Inc., at rexa.com, is an industrial actuator manufacturer. The two share no ownership, products, or personnel, and neither is a division, subsidiary, or rebrand of the other.

If you were looking for industrial actuators, you want rexa.com. If you were looking for AI voice agents that make and take phone calls, you are in the right place.

What the platform does

Inbound and outbound calls
An HTTP API and dashboard for placing outbound calls and answering inbound ones, with retry rules, calling windows, and a structured outcome recorded for every call.
Live human handoff
A call can be warm-transferred to a person mid-conversation, so an agent does not have to be the last resort or the only option.
Browser conversations
The same agent can hold a conversation in a web page over WebRTC, which is also how a configuration is tested before it dials a real number.
Recordings, transcripts, outcomes
Calls produce recordings, transcripts, and structured results that are delivered to your own endpoints through webhooks.
Compliance tooling
DNC list checks, calling-window enforcement, recording-consent disclosure, and voice-clone consent verification are part of the platform rather than an integration you assemble.
Telephony, provided or your own
By default calls run over numbers the platform provisions and configures, with the carrier cost inside the per-minute rate. Bringing your own Telnyx, Twilio, or Plivo account is supported as an option; on that path your carrier bills you directly for their per-leg cost.

The features page covers each of these in detail, and pricing explains what a minute includes.

Who it is for

Rexa.ai is built for the engineer or technical founder who has to add voice calling to a product and does not want to assemble a speech stack, a telephony integration, a concurrency model, and a compliance layer first. It is a self-serve developer product: you can reach a working call without talking to a salesperson.

The common shapes that work are candidate screening and interview scheduling, outbound lead qualification, appointment reminders, inbound reception and routing, payment reminders, and phone surveys. Each of those has its own page under solutions, with the limits of the approach stated alongside what it does well.
